Types of accounts and plans

We offer different plans with monthly and annual payments.

We also offer discounts for educational purposes, NGOs, and public services – drop us a line at support@smaply.com if you're interested.



Self-service subscriptions: Free, Basic and Pro plans

We offer three different self-service subscriptions: 

  • a free-forever plan - for simple journey maps and quick results
  • Basic plan - for create and share professional journey maps
  • Pro plan - for use all visualization and collaboration tools

You can sign up for any plan here. You can upgrade / downgrade your account by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of your dashboard to go to the user settings and select "Manage subscription".  From there you can enter the convert process.

Here you will need to:

  • pick your plan (Free, Basic, Pro) 
  • insert your billing information (name, address, etc)
  • insert your credit card details


Changing between monthly plans

You can also switch between paid plans if you need for features change, more users or projects. You can do so in your user settings.
