How to manage stakeholders in Smaply

Create stakeholders

You can create stakeholders either directly on the stakeholder map (on the right hand side) or on the persona overview.

Change stakeholders

To change a stakeholder, navigate to the persona overview, open the stakeholder change color, icon, name or short name from there.

Delete

To delete a stakeholder, you need to go back to the persona overview, pick your stakeholder there and delete it in the stakeholder template.

Please note: if you delete a stakeholder, it will also be deleted from all stakeholder maps – including the relationships to it, from the journey maps and e.g. the backstage processes lanes.
